This policy explains what personal information Panjeri House (“we”) collects when you use panjerihouse.com or order from us, and how we use it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other Indian laws.

What we collect
- When you order: your full name, mobile number, delivery address and PIN code; your email if you give it; your order notes; and the products, prices and payment method of your order.
- Your delivery location (optional): if you tap “Share my delivery location”, we save the map point with your order so we can find you. We delete it once the order is completed.
- If you create an account: your email, mobile number, saved addresses and the consent you gave when signing up.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number and the messages you send.
Stored on your device
- Cookies that keep your cart and checkout working.
- Your “Saved” products list, kept in your own browser (not on our server unless you are signed in).
- Your language choice for the translation menu.
We do not show ads and do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To answer your questions and complaints.
- To keep the records that tax and consumer laws require.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:
- our staff and delivery person, to deliver your order;
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there;
- our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its data;
- Google Translate, through the language menu, if you choose another language;
- government authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and other information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Delivery locations are deleted when the order is completed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw a consent you gave. Signed-in customers can also use “Your data” in My Account.
